Been away for a bit. I just couldn't keep up with the topics and needed a break. After 32 days Carnivore, I broke. Just couldn't take the awful (to me) food anymore. I was getting really depressed about it. I've decided to add in avocado mayo, mustard, ocassional organic ketchup and very occasionally a square of Ghirardelli chocolate, or an in season stone fruit. I don't have any health issues, so I should be fine with this. At least for now. I'm making a big effort to make sure I get my protein (my biggest hurdle) in before anything else.
