interesting video-carnivore/milk
True Less carbs + fat together and the randle cycle isn't activated as much. In an ideal world we would have zero carbs but realistically we do get a little carbs due to the small amount of glycogen in meat. Or in the case of milk lactose. A non issue for most people.

interesting video-carnivore/milk
I still eat dairy every now and then but mostly it'll be for it's sheer fat content. I have a little milk here and there. In fact I had some milk earlier. It's not ideal since it will be triggering the randle cycle aka making you fat.

A massive F you to Seed Oil Influencers
It annoys and angers me seeing people pile on seed oils on their food. I feel sorry for them and truly hope they wake up to the sheer amount of damage they do to your body. I'd rather have someone stop eating seed oils than carbohydrates anyday of the week and twice in Sundays. It's sad, man :( A massive F you to seed oil promoters and influencers. Some people have the audacity to actually promote seed oils as HEALTHY. They are the absolute worst of humanity. "But omega 6 is essential". Yeah. But not in a form that requires 7 steps to extract. Plus it's rancid af. Oxidised omega 6 is one of the reasons for the mass illnesses we see nowadays imho.

Looks like Tapatalk is dying
I've literally never used Tapatalk. Although I do see remnants on old forums every now and then. It seemed to have made using forums better? I'm gen Z lol.

😂 Thoughts About Bill Gates "Carbon Butter"?
What an absolute joke of the highest order. Everything bill touches turns to complete garbage. What do you think about this carbon butter bs? PS: For those who don't know essentially bill gates is investing in a company that makes butter made from carbon dioxide... Naturally the mainstream media picked up on this story and are pushing the climate narrative extra hard as per usual from big media. News link: https://www.cbsnews.com/chicago/news/butter-carbon-bill-gates-batavia-illinois/ Massive LOL at the "tastes like the real thing".

🥩 What's Your Opinion On Raw Carnivore?
I ask because I see a lot of disagreement between cooked and raw meat online. N=1 But I've been eating more raw meat recently and have yet to be sick. And I eat literally just supermarket ground beef so it's not super fancy. So far I've had raw chicken breast, raw pork belly and raw mince beef (ground beef). That being said it seems there's a Raw Carnivore and Cooked Carnivore standoff lol. Personally I think either works fine. If both sides could make love and fight the common vegan militants instead of friendly fire that would be great imho. ♥️ PS: Vertically streaming on YouTube eating raw meat sends people absolutely crazy. It's so funny. My new favourite hobby.

⚠️ UK Government LYING About Carbohydrate Requirements
⚠️ UK Government LYING About Carbohydrate Requirements. Yup what a shocker right. UK government is saying if you're aged between 18-64 and male that you need 333 grams of carbohydrates a DAY to be healthy. What a load of bolloxs. The fact is that you need exactly ZERO grams of carbohydrates a day due to gluconeogenesis providing all the required glucose from fat and in starvation cases protein. I'll make a video on that soon though. The closer to zero you get the healthier you'll be. Link to government guidelines: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5a749fece5274a44083b82d8/government_dietary_recommendations.pdf Here's the short YouTube video I made on this. It's honestly shocking how evil this is. What do you think about this misanthropic "guideline"?

The LMNT Controversy
For me, it's not the fact that they have a mere 4mg. It's the fact they hid it. I never used them but I knew they were massive in the fasting/ketogenic spaces. I'd imagine if one was fasting that 4mg might break the fast. It's deceptive. And that company has lost all trust from me and probably alot of other keto/carnivore/fasting folks.
