Anyone here use the X3 bar for working out?
I recently hit a superset with the X3 bar. https://youtube.com/shorts/yqfAytI7kyo?feature=share And it got me thinking. What's your work out routine?

I made my first semi serious educational video
I made a short wide video on what is meat thermogenesis: Lmk what you think. Basically meats sweats is because protein requires a lot of energy to break down and so it releases a load of heat if you eat tonnes of it. Which after eating 500 grams of meat happened lol.

interesting video-carnivore/milk
True Less carbs + fat together and the randle cycle isn't activated as much. In an ideal world we would have zero carbs but realistically we do get a little carbs due to the small amount of glycogen in meat. Or in the case of milk lactose. A non issue for most people.

interesting video-carnivore/milk
I still eat dairy every now and then but mostly it'll be for it's sheer fat content. I have a little milk here and there. In fact I had some milk earlier. It's not ideal since it will be triggering the randle cycle aka making you fat.
