I finally dived in this. My first try came out perfectly the way I hoped, a juicy medium-rare one kilo roast beef.

And every gram is the same tenderness,all around the roast.

After the bath,I quickly seared the roast on a hot cast iron pan in generous amount of bacon grease.

Just one more way to cook great meat - I love cast iron pans, dutch ovens, barbeque etc trad cooking...
