My eating window is usually less than 4 hours, onec a day. Mostly BBBE. I use the Liber 2 Plus CGM. Currently my BGL target is 70 to 150 mg/dL. I seek a zero carb intake. I am most likely a Type 1.5 (LADA) Diabetic. Diabetes for 30 plus years. I currently inject a long acting insulin called Lantus. I track A1c, HDL, Triglycerides, blood pressure, waist to height, and my weight. I usually do lab work quarterly.

Exercise is moderate. I supplement with D3/K2, Iodine and CoQ10. My future plan is yo increase exercise and reduce my insulin dose and keep my BGL in range (70-150). Eventually tightening the ranges upper limit to 130.
