So currently having more days with no need for any fast acting insulin ! Nice. So still eating as close as one can to zero carbs. I plan for 2026 to be a year of daily eating zero carbbs. Targeting my blood glucose between 70 tp 130 mg/dL. Hoping to average at 100. Going to take some doing but I am ready. I not sure what is fully ahead for me in 2026, but this plan comes first. So looki out to anyone in the medical community, do not mess with me.

I fully understand, I may never be fully off the need for some insulin, but let's see how far 1 year of zero carb eattinh and increased exercise might reduce the need for insulin.
