Welcome to the community. Congrats on your early successes. I just passed two years myself, and have found for me, the first two years have been a series of adjustments and a lot of experimentation as well. Early on, I went from really loose to constipation back and forth. My issues were created with too much fat and then not enough fat. I had to experiment with fat content for several months trying to dial me to a good place. After two years I still miss on occasion. Hydration with electrolytes is also really important. I missed with this early on and it also contributed to stool issues. I don't know about your diet prior to going carnivore but most of us got a ton of salt thru the crappy foods (processed/preserved/fast foods) we were eating. Going to carnivore usually takes a person to a lesser salt intake. I totally missed on salt the first month or two which contributed to a number of adjustment issues. I used magnesium supplements early on but not hardly at all now. I prefer to eat a pinch or two of salt vs. adding it to water as I find it tastes horrible to me. Everyone is different and your 'right' amount is probably different from my 'right' amount. If I eat hamburger or say a rib eye the fat content is pretty close for me. If I eat leaner cuts like a NY strip or chicken/turkey, I will eat a couple three stabs of butter with the meal. Eating butter tends to be my fat content adjustment tool. Good luck, and hopefully you can dial in to what works for you. Again, welcome to the community. Scott
