That is what I do as well. I started to just wash my hair just once a week but now I’m going two weeks. My hair is doing great. Never looks oily and looks good.    That’s what I’m using now. I ran out last week and so I used some of my old toothpaste and it was horrible and burned.    I have forgotten deodorant a couple of times and I’ve been really surprised that I didn’t smell like a goat so I experimented for three days am I could detect a little odor but not much. I don’t use a chemical laden deodorant but instead a natural deodorant and it works well for me. 

Yeah… I don’t know. I suppose the vinegar could have something to do with that but otherwise it’s just dried meat.
