My Health Got Worse - Is My Carnivore Diet to Blame?

Well, my health took a turn for the worse. My kidney function has deteriorated rapidly. But is my carnivore diet to blame? Or, is it something else? Am I headed for dialysis, a transplant, or death? Or is there a way I can undo this damage? I discuss all of this and more in this video - which is an addendum to my previous Triglycerides video where I had gave my support for a regimen that I now think is harmful.

Oozing Cholesterol on the Carnivore Diet? Saturated Fat Overload?

The news media is blaming the Carnivore Diet for a man from Tampa, Florida, who developed xanthelasma, a condition where yellowish, fatty deposits form under the skin. His alleged diet was admittedly extreme, which involved consuming 6-9 pounds of cheese on a daily basis, as well as multiple sticks of butter, and hamburgers with extra fat mixed in the minced meat. Apparently his cholesterol levels skyrocketed to over 1000 mg/dL, significantly higher than the normal level of less than 200 mg/dL2.
Is this story true? Could other underlying conditions be at the root of his xanthelasma? Was he REALLY following a true carnivore diet? Is the carnivore diet safe and beneficial. We touch on all these questions and issues in this video.

How I Cured My Ulcerative Colitis!

I was an ulcerative colitis sufferer for around 10 years. I was always told by my medical professionals that the cause of ulcerative colitis is unknown, and that there is no cure, and that one must manage the disease with prescription medications for the rest of their life. It was even suggested that I have my colon removed surgically. I was told "diet has nothing to do with it" and that I can continue eating anything I want. Now I know that sentence should have continued with "...as long as you keep taking these pills that I'm prescribing to you." Things finally came to a head, and I had to do my own research, and now I am 5 years off my meds and there is no longer any trace of the disease. I cured ulcerative colitis! Here's how.

Chronic Kidney Disease and the Carnivore Diet

I have Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease and have been eating a Carnivore Diet for over a year now. Am I killing my kidneys with all that protein, or am I healing them? Modern medicine teaches that protein is hard on the kidneys, especially for those with CKD, so am I taking a big risk here? Can you eat McDonald's on a Carnivore Diet? Is it REAL beef?

I got roasted online after posting a picture of the quarter pound patties I got from McDonald's the other day. A whole host of people said it's not real beef, that it's soy, worms, cardboard, or human flesh, even challenging me to look it up online. So, I did. In this video I demonstrate that McDonald's hamburger patties are indeed 100% real beef, and take a little dive into where these crazy rumors come from, and why they still persist.

A vegan propaganda film called Christpiracy makes the bold, yet false claim that Jesus was a vegetarian and was against eating animals of all sorts. In order to perpetuate this misinformation on Piers Morgan Unscensored, they misquote the Bible, twist Jesus words, mistranslate Koine Greek, and cite non-biblical texts, spurious texts, and documents that don't even exist. In this video I scrutinize their claims and show you the obvious - that Jesus ate lamb and fish among other meats and loved every last bite.

Seeing is Believing! My Amazing Carnivore Diet Results!

I just celebrated my ONE YEAR carniversary! After learning about the Proper Human Diet and Carnivore from Dr. Ken Berry MD  - I lost 55 pounds and reversed several of my chronic health conditions. In this video, I share some pictures of the former me, when I tipped the scales from 220-230 pounds. I reached my goal weight of 175 in mid-November and have maintained it for the last 6 months. Now I am setting new goals and the carnivore diet gives me the confidence that I will achieve them too.

My Carnivore Diet Journey Has Had Complications!

I have been doing a Carnivore Diet for the last year, and it's been amazing, despite some complications that almost scared me into quitting. But I am glad I didn't. I have lost 55 pounds, and reversed ulcerative colitis, hypertension, skin tags, prediabetes, and what might have been narcolepsy. Due to one particular condition that hasn't gone away, my lab work and blood testing doesn't always net the good results many others reap on this meat-based ketogenic way of eating. I've learned to manage it though, and I will never give up my carnivore-centric dietary lifestyle.
