  1. I didn't think Red Blobster was even around anymore. Milwaukee may have one left (there used to be 3 or 4 of them) but now at this point in my life I won't be driving into an active shooting range!
  2. I had a brat for lunch and 2 pieces of carnivore garlic bread (almost zero carb) later on I will cruise through some leftovers in the fridge and i'll also enjoy a little L-reuteri yogurt. 15-20 grams of Creatine and a couple of oregano oil capsules were consumed today also. I've added these into my daily nutrition for a while as an experiment to knock out my MS. I've used oregano oil in the past but not three times per day and I'm only 4 days into the creatine (new user of that). The MS fight goes on (and on and on and on....) 😂. Carny has been great for my MS so far, but I want it GONE! I'm always searching for that answer to life's problems 🤔 and one day maybe I will find it
  3. If your neurologist is employed by a clinic or health organization then they will have a "standard of care" that their employees (your doctor) are required to follow, and I would bet that a carnivore diet is not included in that standard of care. They could be in trouble if they venture outside of their guidelines. My personal results so far with "MS vs CARNIVORE" have been excellent. I've noticed my best results and no noticeable or visible symptoms in the last year after 1444 days of carny. It will be 4 years total on August 15th. I'm having a meat party to celebrate 🤣
  4. I made up this carnivore cheeseburger soup this morning and we just had it for lunch. Turned out great! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwLFqt8DRW8&list=WL&index=1&ab_channel=MeetCarnivore

  6. I torched up a pound of 73/27 ground beef with extra tallow added along with 2 eggs and some Carolina reaper cheddar cheese all fried together. Anything else eaten today will be leftovers. We got a fridge full of 'em. Super HOT and HUMID today in S.E. Wisconsin, plus we got really crappy air from the Canadian wildfire smoke so the appetite is not very good. The A/C will be cranking all day
  7. You must have been a little sleepy yet? 🤣
  8. This was today's meal. Huge 3 piece cajun Pollok fish fry from a local bar/diner. I only ate about half of this and was stuffed. Leftovers for tomorrow, and "yes" those are tater tots and ate just about all of them❤️. I'm going to not check my carb intake for today 😂. My wife had the same thing and she "out ate" me this time. In Wisconsin there is a friday fish fry on every street corner place or tavern you can see. We finally found this place and have been sticking with it for a while now.
  9. I'm in a "clean the fridge" mode also. Finishing up all the odd's and ends over here. I pulled out a couple of chuck roasts for smoking and grilling (pseudo ribeye style) over the next few days, once they thaw out that is. 47 months+ and still not sick of meat 🤣
  10. Thanks a lot Geezy! I was going to fast today until I saw this picture. I'll fast tomorrow 🤣
  11. We don't have any Asian markets close-by my parts. The only store that has it at times is our local Meijer store but that is around $10 a pound when they have it. I'll stick with actual muscle meat. Nice 80/20 at our local mini market for $3.49 a pound this month.
  12. I've wanted to try some oxtail myself since becoming carnivore but can't afford it in my area, plus it is very hard to find in the stores. For the prices they ask for ox tail I'll just eat a NY strip or something close to that.
  13. 2 brats, a burger patty and some spam. 4 pickle slices 1 Deschutes "Black Butte Porter, N.A." A spoonful of L-rueteri yogurt.
  14. A night shift job is not great for human health. I did 2nd shift for over 30 years and my wife was almost 35 years. That definitely affected us both healthwise. We are both MUCH happier being retired.
  15. I look at it this way, I got myself sick by some action or ingredient, so no reason I can't get better by finding out what that action or item was, and then remove it from my life. As humans we have the ability to heal ourselves. I truly believe that statement. My doctors are not much help at all, even in disease management modern medicine is not very good. We've all seen MANY videos and read the stories of people that have healed themselves from things worse than MS. I believe the human mind has more to do with it then many of the other aspects. Fasting has been a huge help for myself. I need to do that more often. "Eat your meat and get healthy" (grilled Chicken wings for today)
  16. I informed my doctor of MY decision to quit the copaxone and she had no problem with me doing that. Didn't really matter if she approved or not. It was something I had to try. I figure I can always go back on it if there is something that I'm missing from not taking it. MS is too frick'n weird to try and figure out the disease itself. Copaxone is basically 4 amino acids which help with myelin and it doesn't work like most of the hard core immunosuppresant treatments. I never noticed anything from taking it and so far no difference not taking it. For $25K+ per year a person should see something for results, I think. $25K is a lot of meat medicine 🤣
  17. I've discontinued the Copaxone that I was on for my MS. I feel that it never did anything for me anyways. 2 years ago or so I thought I would give it a try and see what happens. Currently I have no real symptoms from the MS. Now if something does reappear in the future then of course I will think "oh, it must have been the copaxone that did that" OR maybe it's the carnivore finally kicking in after 4 years? With MS there is really no way to tell on an individual case basis. Things take so long to develop and so long to go away that changing something with your health care and seeing the results is extremely hard to track. I personally can't try anything harder as far as treatments due to my bladder cancer from 6 years ago. Most other treatments have increased risk of cancer and/or PML, and NO ONE wants PML!
  18. I agree on the huge quantities that some claim to eat. I can't eat that much nor do I want to. I do fine with the smaller quantities that my wife and I both consume. We do not track anything and won't be starting either. Carnivore is simple, just eat animal products only and tracking is not required. It's those trips off of the carnivore trail that will catch up with you, quickly!
  19. Ribeye for lunch and then Ribeye for dinner "life is such a bitch" 🤣
  20. I got rid of our olive oil about 3 years ago. Makes great fire pit starter fluid when mixed with a little kerosene 🤣 Now the only seed oil in our house is a small bottle of avocado oil, and I use that whenever I want a really high heat sear on a piece of meat. But since I started making ghee I haven't even used any avocado oil.
  21. At noon I ate some smoked chuck roast and then we went to a friends wedding and the food was BBQ! Big win on that one. I had a big plate of brisket and burnt ends and then went back for more burnt ends. Dessert was little smoked cheesecake cup thingies. I also had a couple of those.
  22. You are learning from your heart burn. It will get easier with every fast. Do NOT beat yourself up about it either. Just start fresh again in the morning. You're only human
  23. Beef tallow for morning (woke up hungry) Beef tallow for 2pm with a slice of summer sausage and a bowl of beef soup one brat just now and a piece of tallow before bed
  24. Leftover ribeye one hamburger patty a piece of summer sausage 1/2 lb of grilled bacon with ghost reaper pepper cheese melted on top L-rueteri yogurt
