Has anyone tested Creatine or glycine supplementation for their diet
In my never-ending search for "My Perfect MS Diet" I've recently added Creatine and Glycine into my daily nutritional intake. Creatine addition is around 10-15 grams daily and the Glycine is around 6-10 grams. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now and Find I have a little more energy and I definitely feel more clear headed. Just wondering if other have tried either one of these supps and what results they have achieved?

What Did You Eat Today?
A sour cream chaffle some ham on a slice of swiss cheese A few strips of ribeye that my wife couldn't finish and a piece of carnivore cheeseburger casserole (Emma Man's recipe from her website). We've made this for a 2nd time already and it's really handy to have it in the fridge, ready to eat.

Today is my Carniversery
This group is a great place to get assistance and ask any questions you may have about getting your nutrition as being a carnivore. Doing it "perfectly" would be great but is not really necessary IMO. if you are just starting out you may want to approach it slowly over a few weeks or months to let your system adjust to this different way of eating. I jumped right in and had 3 or 4 weeks of digestion issues and a few "disaster pants" events, and then one day it all clicked into place and I have been eating this way ever since and as long as I'm in control of my own life I will continue being a carnivore until someone shows me a better way. There are many members of this group who have some serious health issues and most of us have had rapid and substantial turn arounds in our health. Ask any questions that you have and you WILL get some answers here. analyze those answers and test out what feels right to you. If that doesn't work then test out another route. Some people may find a KETO or even KETOvore diet works better for themselves especially with just starting out. some people may even need a lion diet for more serious health issues. I myself am a carnivore 95% of the time along with my wife, but we will still at times go get a pizza or once or twice a year eat some ice cream. Eat whole foods and eat them well BUT don't beat yourself up if you eat something horrible one day. Just face facts that you ate the wrong thing and then immediately jump right back on the carnivore train. This train has a seat for everybody who cares about their own health. All aboard! π

Today is my Carniversery
Scott - Thanks, and from chatting with you in the past I can see we both have similar life/health stories and we seem to be testing out the same ideas within a carnivore lifestyle. I'm having a good time with all my nutrition experiments and the results I've been getting have for the most part been positive. Keep up the testing and I will do the same. We will beat these diseases into submission yet, just by using beef. I can just feel it working. Talk to you later - time to check the smoker and see how my steaks are doing π₯©ππ edit: FYI - I feel really GREAT when I do just a lion diet. Why don't I do that all the time. Who knows? as Bart Kay would say "I'm only human" I still like a piece of pizza once in a while

Celebrating 4 years today as a carnivore with these ribeye beauties. I put them on the smoker frozen and then let the smoke do it's magic for 3 or 4 hours. Then flash grill them at 475' to 500' for just a few minutes per side. Done this trick several times now and always get a nice rare center. I just used (lots of) salt for seasoning. It's going to be a happy OMAD for today π₯©

Today is my Carniversery
Today marks 4 years (1460 days) as being a carnivore for myself. Hard to believe it's been that long already. Very few negatives and more positives then I can even remember at this point. I carry a list of health improvements in my wallet just because there have been so many. I credit Dr. Berry for getting me going on this journey after I saw one of his early videos and I was looking for that "perfect diet", Well I know now that I have found it. I was never able to maintain any other diet I had attempted, and in the last 4 years I've realized all those other diets just do NOT work for myself. Now I eat like a human being is supposed to eat and it all works out great. Thanks also to this community for your inputs and suggestions. "just eat your meat and live a long life" is what I say in my life now a days.

My appetite or maybe a better term would be hunger is completely gone being a carnivore, and I love that. Food also tastes so much better now. OMAD is the usual thing for both my wife and myself. I hope you can discover what is up with your situation, because a carnivore diet can be really amazing in what it can do for a person. Good luck

Aldi has its place in the carny world, along with Walmart. When a person wants to get their nutrition from this WOE and they are not wealthy, these two places can at least allow them to do just that. I've purchased some pretty good meat at Aldi. Their ground beef in the one pound packs is very good. My wife thinks their bacon is great. If it wasn't for Walmart clearance sales on meat I'm not sure how we could swing this WOE. You cannot expect "Fine Dining" quality but they can get you close.

I had a brat for lunch and 2 pieces of carnivore garlic bread (almost zero carb) later on I will cruise through some leftovers in the fridge and i'll also enjoy a little L-reuteri yogurt. 15-20 grams of Creatine and a couple of oregano oil capsules were consumed today also. I've added these into my daily nutrition for a while as an experiment to knock out my MS. I've used oregano oil in the past but not three times per day and I'm only 4 days into the creatine (new user of that). The MS fight goes on (and on and on and on....) π. Carny has been great for my MS so far, but I want it GONE! I'm always searching for that answer to life's problems π€ and one day maybe I will find it

Good research news for those of us with MS
If your neurologist is employed by a clinic or health organization then they will have a "standard of care" that their employees (your doctor) are required to follow, and I would bet that a carnivore diet is not included in that standard of care. They could be in trouble if they venture outside of their guidelines. My personal results so far with "MS vs CARNIVORE" have been excellent. I've noticed my best results and no noticeable or visible symptoms in the last year after 1444 days of carny. It will be 4 years total on August 15th. I'm having a meat party to celebrate π€£

What Did You Eat Today?
I torched up a pound of 73/27 ground beef with extra tallow added along with 2 eggs and some Carolina reaper cheddar cheese all fried together. Anything else eaten today will be leftovers. We got a fridge full of 'em. Super HOT and HUMID today in S.E. Wisconsin, plus we got really crappy air from the Canadian wildfire smoke so the appetite is not very good. The A/C will be cranking all day

What Did You Eat Today?
This was today's meal. Huge 3 piece cajun Pollok fish fry from a local bar/diner. I only ate about half of this and was stuffed. Leftovers for tomorrow, and "yes" those are tater tots and ate just about all of themβ€οΈ. I'm going to not check my carb intake for today π. My wife had the same thing and she "out ate" me this time. In Wisconsin there is a friday fish fry on every street corner place or tavern you can see. We finally found this place and have been sticking with it for a while now.
