  1. I was but a mere 49 years old when I discovered this, thanks to @Geezy. I use both coconut oil and butter. Butter for a bit more thicker experience. Coconut oil for a bit more silkier venture. Still haven't gotten rid of the stevia as I used to drink my coffee with a load of sugar.
  2. I use both the blender and a milk frothing wand. Game. Changer.
  3. Scary looking rifle sir, is that one of those assault thingies? Hehe.
  4. Hello and welcome. The bowel movements may last a while, from 2 weeks to two month, I'd say. You really want to track what you eat so you can see what does what. You'll see quickly if you eat too much fat, or protein.
  5. I am writing that down.
  6. Gives them time to find loopholes. That's what they need to call their next cereal. Loopholes.
  7. I should have known this. You can hop in a helicopter, wrapped in the American flag, using that as a parachute, as you shoot a critter with a minigun.
  8. Can't hunt with a 30 round magazine? What round do you hunt with? I've got a S&W Sport II 5.56, but that is my post-alarm system rather than a hunting rifle. Maybe one of these days I'll go hunting. Amazing catch and congratulations. I like your hunting updates. I've bagged a handful of groundhogs over the summer but merely because they were a pest and were digging under the foundation of my shed. Did not eat them.
  9. This is true. I think once I start to drink decaf on the regular, that is when I'll consider giving up drinking coffee. On the other hand, it was 15 degrees the other day and it was nice to have a hot drink.
  10. As a certified rebel in my own little world, I possess the authority to determine who and who is not, a rebel, good sir!
  11. Recall and class action lawsuit imo.
  12. https://www.dispatch.com/story/news/2025/01/15/fda-ban-red-dye-3-list-foods-drinks/77721518007/ "The removal is in response to a color additive petition filed in 2022 by advocates who claim the additive is linked to cancer and behavioral problems in children, USA TODAY reports. Manufacturers who use Red No. 3 in food will have until Jan. 15, 2027, to change their products, according to Wednesday's FDA announcement, while those who use the dye in drugs will have until Jan. 18, 2028." While it is good to see change such as this, one has to wonder; why did it take so long? Of course for most this is but a rhetorical question as we know the answer quite well. In the US, eating is spending, consuming, an entertainment for our taste buds first, and second comes the question of nutrition and the consequences of said entertainment. The FDA has been trying to change it corrupt and parasitical image with the arrival of JFK Jr. and his message; make America healthy again. For decades we've been eating this and feeding it to our children. It's criminal. On carnivore, it is not only carbohydrates we avoid, but these nasty food colorings that are linked to cancer and the blocking of hormones. It's been in our schools... what a scary thought. And we wonder why half of the kids don't know what they are anymore (in terms of gender). (Nothing to do with preference, nor meaning to be hateful towards ones preference).
  13. Youtube still holding on to that censorship. Can they not at least pretend to be pro free speech like the Zuck? Youtube has been neutered for quite some time now. Nick Norwitz had a video flagged because it was anti-science.
  14. "Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light..."
  15. I believe that coffee is good for flavor and caffeine, that's it. The oxalates mitigate any other supposed health benefit. I drink coffee because it's very much a cultural/social thing, and I want to be a rebel.
  16. Iodine for thyroid and fat for brain. That's what he should've said. So she's been mega-dosing sugar before all this, having increased insulin production, so her response to low carb/keto is a little bit more understandable.
  17. And with the TikTok ban coming up, he may be marketing his reels, with being Mr. Free Speech, luring in customers.
  18. How long are they on carnivore? Did they jump in from one diet to another? Do they take electrolytes? Salt to taste? How about fat intake? protein intake? Answer to those two questions should reveal some possibilities. Going from carbs to fat is an extraordinary step and it may take a while for the body to adapt. She may have been pre-diabetic without knowing. If you cut out carbs and your blood sugar tanks, it may indicate some insulin issues. I'd suggest a step back and add 10% carbs in, until the problems go away. Then get into the meat of things, so to speak. Smaller meals is also not a bad idea for now, meaning less insulin release per meal. She may have reactive hypoglycemia, but that would be speculation on my part. I'd also suggest tracking food on an app to track macros, so you can learn how your body responds to protein/fat ratios, forget calories though. Lastly, if she's having an episode, have her drink a glass of whole milk.
  19. Needs to be a bumper sticker.
  20. There is no cause and effect paper or any other evidence that saturated fat is killing us. I think this false assumption stems from the seed oils, etc.
  21. Exactly. Like they say, you're in a foxhole being shot at, that is when you start praying and believing. Some people need to face death before any changes are made. I'd say most of the people, as that is part of being human.
  22. I guess the OP had 68 years of programming to undo. Not saying this to be mean to OP. My parents are the same. My mother still refuses to eat more than 3 eggs a week due to cholesterol concerns.
