How I Cook The PERFECT Eggs On The Carnivore Diet
So you might be wondering how are you supposed to cook delicious eggs on carnivore? Well. This video shows you how I do it. These eggs were so delicious. I think even Gordon Ramsay would be hard pressed to make better fried eggs.

Guys just track your macros!!!!!!
I've not tracked anything except for protein on workout days and even then I do it less and less as time goes on. Apparently we are the same as vegans smh. Think about it logically. If you have to supplement on your diet it cannot be what we evolved on (or designed). Vitamin b12 comes to mind. Our ancestors weren't chugging b12 supplements lol. The only thing I supplemented was magnesium back in my keto days as I assume I had low reserves. I've not supplemented anything for 5+ years on carnivore.

You Don't Need To Check Your Ketone Levels On Carnivore
Exactly. I'm in a Facebook carnivore group and someone asked about needing to check ketones. That's what prompted this post tbh. I remember when I was on keto being absolutely obsessed with checking my Ketone levels. Thanks to professor Bart Kay I learned the error of my ways.

You Don't Need To Check Your Ketone Levels On Carnivore
When you eat a lot of protein in one meal you'll be kicked out of ketosis anyway due to gluconeogenic amino acids. Which is a good thing otherwise you'll eventually suffer from thyroid and electrolyte issues. We are supposed to cycle in and out of ketosis. Those ketone wee strips are a scam anyway because they only measure what you're weeing out.

Good ole Trojan horse strategy
So one of the things I love to do is go to a mainstream subreddit and use what I call the Trojan horse strategy. I act like an innocent naive person and ask a seemingly normal question and slap some truth in there but not in a way that will get the post nuked. Why? Because it gets people thinking and the reach of these massive subreddits are insane. You can't go in all guns blazing or they will 100% remove your post. I get a good laugh at the comments but sometimes the urge to correct the misinformation is strong but I must resist. This is the latest post I made. https://www.reddit.com/r/NoStupidQuestions/s/QV2Vlqczjz Wow. So painful to read some of the comments too: Being on carnivore for 5+ years is both a blessing and a curse because of the sheer propaganda at work on the masses. The post currently has almost 2k views so even if 10% start thinking about fat and protein being the only two essential macronutrients then that's 200 people who will hopefully ponder about it more and potentially find carnivore. Worth it any day of the week and twice on Sundays. PS: Some of these comments are amazing ideas for YouTube shorts vids as well.

if you eat a raw carnivore diet don't make YouTube shorts because YouTube will throttle your reach
Yeah I had to start a new channel because even normal videos on my old one would get barely any views. I posted a pug video and it'll get 5 views. That same video on my new one got 1k+ so it seems once YouTube sees you eating raw meat they nuke all future reach sadly. Luckily I prefer cooked carnivore anyway and YouTube doesn't have a problem pushing cooked carnivore videos thankfully.

Fiber is such a scam yet pushed by the mainstream health organisations like crazy
Like imagine thinking something we can't even digest is good for our intestinal lining. And the common rebuttal is "we need fiber to feed our gut bacteria by way of butyrate". But we get butyrate from animal fats especially butter? Butyrate was first discovered in butter anyway hence the name lol. Don't forget about the only decent study we have on fiber eradicating constipation: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3435786/ "This study has confirmed that the previous strongly-held belief that the application of dietary fiber to help constipation is but a myth. Our study shows a very strong correlation between improving constipation and its associated symptoms after stopping dietary fiber intake." PS: I wonder why they won't fund anymore of these studies... I think we all know the answer to that.

What's your one gripe/addiction even on carnivore?
Sadly for me I still have sugar free energy drinks because I'm addicted even though I know artificial sweeteners are really bad. And I've been carnivore for over 5 years. What's your one thing you just can't seem to give up still? PS: Read more comments on the original post I made on r/carnivorediet: https://www.reddit.com/r/carnivorediet/s/LvKfcA6qBt
