  5. Your story is so inspiring. It helps to hear, I want to be able to say I have been doing this for years instead of months here and there. Nice work, keep it up!

  7. I still have to buy all the things because my husband can't live without bread, mayonnaise, beer etc. The kid frustrates me, he has texture issues. Last night I made cheese sauce like Kerry Mann's daughter Emma did on her cooking channel it tasted like Mac n cheese sauce. He said it was good but got half way through his very small portion then rejected it due to texture. and my husband had to eat the rest 🤨 He does like stringy fatty globs of stuff. He is one of those burn the bacon types
  8. There are just as many idiots on two wheels. I drive a commercial vehicle, I see a lot of stupid.

  13. I'm not a huge fan of spam. It's to cram into the pie hole when in a jam. We bought a bunch during the academic, but I'm the only person in the house that will touch it. I eat a slice and throw the rest of the can out. Too salty. I prefer sardines or cod liver.

  24. Science field seems to use humiliation tactics, they all just pile on and call the person a fraud and try to ruin there reputation. Like what they tried to do to Baker and Noakes or Galileo.

  30. I read in "dark calories" that eating a serving of fries in seed oil is as carcinogenic as smoking a pack of cigarettes. My husband always threatened to cancel the Internet when I mention some of the things I have learned about consumable food like products.
  31. Hi Cathy, I'm a dirty carnivore. I haven't had any major health problems, but now understand where all those tummy aches were coming from. I occasionally eat some broccoli, pickles and nuts. Lately I have been try to stick to meat and eggs as I went on a several month SAD bender over the winter. When people question my food choices I try to say something like, I have learned that I don't feel well when I eat XYZ. Kinda hard to continue to pressure someone to eat something that makes them unwell. My why is to thrive mentally and physically till I die. I have seen too many older women just breathing and eating, but not actually living for decades before they die. I'd love to avoid that.
  32. How are things going lately?
