I'd only get rid of the Chia and Flax seed. The rest, in small amounts, do not worry about it.

The important thing is not to eat SAD and processed foods. To stay on carnivore for life. And if a little cinnamon is going to make you do that, than so be it.

Something seems to still be causing inflammation in my neck. I need to determine which on the list might be contributing. I stopped the almond milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, cumin, and hemp hearts. I may or may not introduce them back, probably not the almond milk and not the flax and chia seeds.

I started to drink matcha as a substitute for the instant coffee. I may switch to regular brewed coffee.

Thanks for your input.

Yes, definitely quit the instant coffee. Instant coffee has more oxolates than regular coffee, also contains more caffeine.

Stick with regular coffee if you must. Myself, I do half caf. Seems to hit the spot just right. Still trying to get to decaf, but that for now is a dirty word in my house.

We didn't do an actual purge as my wife still eats her way. Over time though I can see where the cupboards and cabinets are a bit more bare than in times past.

We had like 1.2 million dollars tied up in sauces on the bottom of the door in the refrigerator. If someone said this sauce or that sauce was good we would try it. Over time the bottles just built up.

A funny to boot, one night I took the half empty bottles and mixed them together. It turned out amazing. A year later I did it again and this time I think the dog turned her nose up when I dropped it in her plate. Feast or famine I guess.
