Hi,

I have started carnivor dite last month 27th July, and in that time I also started my sessions in Nano hydrogen. I was for chicken, fish, eggs and once a week for meat, when I did the lab the eGFR went from 4 to 8, creatinine from 800 to 500. I was so happy about that, but the potassuiom and calcuim was down so the physician wrote supplements for me.

I have enjoyined eating red meat and butter every day till this last Thursday when I got to my appointment to check the Bone profile. Today I check the results. The number shocks me the eGFR start to go down again. Wherever I got one Nano session before the visit. Is that cause of meat or of fat that I consume, I think I eat to much of butter and when I cook too, I get obssed to eat it cold 🥲 or that okay, good sign or there is somthing I need to consider?
