Just the facts

The real issue in life is knowing how to learn. Like it or not it is each person's responsibility to learn what to eat.

Nobody forced poor food choices on you. U selected the wat you eat. The medical community and the government were of little help.

We been harmed not our fault, but yes, our problem.

My world is the Zero Carb Carnivore Lifestyle. It took 4 years to learn that.

Be well my friends.

Once an adult, we all have had the choices in front of us.

The basis of my diet was forced upon me as I grew up in a house where I ate what was put on the plate.

Agreed the government and big business were the enablers as well as the culprits as most parents did their best to feed the 'good stuff'. We ate a ton of food straight out of the garden.

Funny how I thought highly of that for years and now somewhat frown upon it. LOL

But I guess how agree most, is that this is the information age, and there is pretty much nothing about the proper diet that can't be found with a few strokes on the keyboard.

From that point on, I completely agree.
