Carnivore is great, blah, blah, blah. Carnivore is good, blah, blah, blah. It has worked wonders for me and to the point I can't really see eating another way. Several months ago I started eating to hit a protein target and to that I had to eat more than I wanted. As the protein went up, so did the fat. I also stumbled upon the fact that a little bit of sugar triggers some hunger which helped me get to the protein target most days. With that I gained a h air over 20lbs in a couple three months. When I switched back to a more normal/traditional carnivore approach the weight started to fall off again. I went from 215 to 238 and now back to 225, dropping 13 pounds in a month or so. It's a pretty good plan. LOL If I say another thing about somewhat repaid weight loss here my wife is going to administer some inflammation that not even carnivore can clear up. LOL Scott
