My favorite way to prepare eggs are eggs over easy with bacon and lots of beaf suet so i can dip the fat into the yokes and becan it's so good. -

My mom would make those for me as a kid. She called them "eggs in a frame". This was in the 1960's and the bread was some type of Wonder bread or something equally as bad. -

poll What is your favorite way to eat/prepare eggs?
When making scrambled eggs I like to prepare them "Gordan Ramsey" style. I don't care for the person but I do like the way he make his scrambled eggs . I didn't see pickled eggs on the choices. I do like to make those also and I usually keep a jar of those in the fridge. Very handy to have on hand for a quick meal. -
