  1. So dairy will cause you to itch? I have had an itch problem for years now and my doctors don’t know why. I itch so bad that I just dig my skin really bad.
  2. My only meal today was pork rind coated chicken tenders and broccoli and cheese 🧀, cup of coffee not decaf though. Plenty of water.

  4. Geez, you can find them everywhere now, even Kroger’s. They do have the doubles now as well and I am in the process of purchasing one of those.

  11. Breakfast: egg 🥚 sausage and cheese bowl, coffee time now with heavy cream
  12. 5/2 breakfast 2 eggs and pork sausage, baked some ham and cheese balls and snacked on them, coffee with MCT bulletproof with heavy cream and water.

  18. Yesterday I had a McGriddle chaffle, eggs, bacon with cheese. Lunch, well that ended up being dinner, I couldn't eat anything else besides water. Today, 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, coffee with the MCT oil, I found these packets at Whole Foods. Lunch, which will also be dinner that I am about to prepare will be tender strips cooked in almond flour in the oven and broccoli
  19. Thank you BevG, so tell me what did you do to overcome it? This is a wonderful group and I really appreciate each and every one of them. I am trying a 7-day Keto plan in order to get back on track. I would really appreciate it if you could give me some tips, recipes or something. I know that when I first started and overcame the restroom situation, I was feeling great, I don't know what happened, I fell but I will not stay down. AGAPE
  20. Hello everyone and how are you all doing? I fell off for a minute, my stomach wasn't tolerating something, what I don't know but I got back on it today but I am starting out with the ketovore. My taste buds are really off, don't really have an appetite and some days I don't eat. But I am ready. AGAPE
  21. I don't tolerate them well anymore either and I love them, especially in my scrambled eggs but they don't like me.
  22. I am not sure what it is but nothing tastes good to me and I do the same, just not eat anything which is not good either.
