This simple improvisation turned out real good. I had some minced beef, 17% fat. I remembered we have dried Funnel Chanterelles.

So I took some chicken/beef broth, put chanterelles to boil in broth while I fried the beef with one little onion in bacon grease. Added the fried things to boil for another 15 min, done.

A tiny amount of fresh garlic just before serving made this very very tasty. Like "caveman meets french kitchen" -tasty.
