comment_14407I got for the first time in 3 years. Went with fasting and bone broth to heal and for some reason, I started thinking about egg drop soup...never really cared for it back in the pre-carnivore days. Anywho, looked up a carnivore version and my wife volunteered to whip it up for me!

I eat A LOT of ribeyes and eggs and I can easily eat that everyday without a complaint but this added a new dimension of flavor and texture. (I slightly miss the addiction of chips and football) Obviously this is far from crunchy but I'm saying that it's a different feel (and nutritious) AND, I plan to use it as the base for a very hardy chicken soup.
