I am ready for hibernation, I have a good layer of body fat. Likely from my insulin injections to control my blood glucose. So what is the answer?? I do not really have one. So the fat must go. So on Monday, the 28th i will measure and weigh. I am thinking of eatting a bit less every other day. Also upping the exercise. Hoping for a 1 pound of weight loss per week. All while keeping my blood glucose under 130 mg/dL. Will focus on exercise to replace some of the insulin. There seems to be an elusive happy medium.

This worked for me.

Walking is really underestimated by the masses and anything on top of that is a plus.

I use to think there were a million ways to exercise but with youtube, I think it is closer to a billion.

Good luck. (again, being a total hypocrite, try not to rely on the scale as a measurement of success. I did, I knew I should not have, but used it the same)

Let your belt and how your clothes fit (body composition) be the guide.

I could not do it but that is what I read. LOL
