I only feel tired, irritated and some pains and stiffness, but I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrom so I guess it gets worse till it gets better ????

Totally depends on you as the individual.

I never had any signs nor form of the keto/carnivore flu. My son did carnivore about a month or so and the first two seeks he had versions of flu like symptoms.

Hopefully it gets better sooner than later.

Sounds like classic keto flu Bubba. It’s common to experience fatigue as our bodies try to transition from burning glucose to burning fat. I think it may be because our bodies run out of glucose before the fat burning can get fully operational.
With you having chronic fatigue syndrome it may even be worse for you but if you can hang in there I think it will get better. You may need to increase your fat intake or look into some electrolyte supplements.
The stiff and painful joints could be due to oxalate dumping.
The coughing and bringing up junk may very well be a virus. That may also be the reason for the sore joints.
While carnivore has some miraculous healing properties it isn’t magic. It won’t stop you from getting sick. Viruses have no respect for carnivore.
