Soft meat, soups, and broth to try to heal gut issues

On last nights Carnivore Talk show I had mentioned that I had heard on a Homestead How video that soft meats or slow cooked meats along with the renderings may help with gut issues including constipation. I found the videos today. The woman that talks about it is Malia Bond. I have been eating primarily slow cooked chuck roasts and consuming the renderings for last 4 months and I have seen some improvement. I do sometimes get looser stools and sometimes firmer but I have had not had severe constipation in last couple months. In the 1st video she mentions it can a year or two or more to heal the gut using soups, soft meats, and broth. In that video she also mentions the meat should not touch the pan so I may try to add some sort of liquid in the slow cooker going forward. I wanted to post the reference material for that. Below are the youtube links. I recommend watching all her videos to determine if you might want to try it.

Homestead How - Advanced Carnivore Diet Tips & WHAT TO EAT…(pt 2) - link skips to part about Soft meats, soups, and broths but i recommend to watch full video. Also check out the show notes of this video as it has some good info including some info about soft meats - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4JPmMYsd-w&t=1010s
