Pardon me while I fall on my face laughing... 😂 <wipes tears...> *** Pammy, your story is moving and inspiring! I think most things in life are a start-stop-backup-go forward-stop, etc. process. Hardly anything is straight up the hill with no pauses or detours. Sounds to me like you're doing fabulous. All you can do is start every day from where you are. I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks and already I can barely look at a piece of meat. But the excellent results I'm seeing on my glucometer are blowing me away! So that is what I'm keeping my eye on.

Absolutely, in fact I’d say most have. It’s really not a big deal. You just need to start where you are at. Don’t beat yourself up over it but use it as a learning tool. It can actually be a good thing as it teaches you to recognize where you are weak so that you can avoid that next time. I believe it’s more of a mindset as anything. Get your priorities straight as to what you really want and be determined to achieve your goals. Nothing can stand in your way if your mind is right. Forget the mistake but remember the lesson.

Agreed. The results vary from person-to-person and everything is dependent upon the individual. I'm one of the lucky ones I guess. The only two negatives I had with carnivore is a couple bouts with really loose stools and with all the weight I lost my new boots didn't fit anymore. Other than those two things I have had all positives. I'm a big fan of the longer fasts. I made some strides with my NMO/SD once I started fasting longer than OMAD. Once I got into the 72-96 hour range the issues disappeared altogether and my bloodwork showed the same. So, I'm not pushing or suggesting longer fasting but I do think they are more effective, as well as easier, than most think. Good luck. Hope you figure out how to get where to want to be. Scott
