I have to get better at getting the pics. Tonight was some beef short ribs. My son hit the spice rack a bit much for me but they were really good. I'm mostly a salt guy, and a lot of times it is just the meat. Scott

@Bob I found that to be the case for me as well. When I was trying to hit the protein target I let the fat content drop some. The combination of eating more and the fat caused me to gain weight. After I stopped hitting the target my protein to fat ratio was still off and even eating less the weight stayed the same or picked up a pound here and there. Whoulda' thunk butter is a weight loss food? LOL Scott

I have been using Suno AI for making songs. I find that the Suno AI that helps write lyrics to be less than stellar, so I do not use that option. However, the actual music made by Suno sounds quite good. I have used ChatGPT to help me write lyrics. To have it work correctly, I have to supply a very detailed prompt and then revise the lyrics it generates. In the end, I get a song I like that I consider I wrote since the idea and much of the lyrics are mine. BTW - I have taken the exact same prompt and fed it to Suno, Gemini and GPT. I find that GPT gives me the best results for what I am looking for when it comes to 'starting' lyrics, so that is the AI I use. If you want to check out some of my songs Qapla | Join me on Suno

When AI first came out I thought it was just an overhyped search engine. But now I am in love with AI. I use it for research. To come up with illustrations. To see what's trending, etc. I use it to write scripts, and pasted it into AI to be graded. It spit out a handful of suggestions, a few that I thought were worth incorporating.
