First off Andre, don’t worry about the language, I guarantee you can’t butcher it up any worse than U.S. Americans do. Everything you typed was perfectly fine.

Yes we are all different in how this diet works on us. It all depends on where we are starting our journeys. You started out fairly healthy so your experience is going to be totally different from this broken down old man. But, it still works for everyone.
It’s a misconception that carnivore is a weight loss diet. It’s not.
Carnivore is not a magic bullet. Carnivore is not a diet. Carnivore is a way of eating which enables your body to undo years of metabolic damage, abuse from calorie restricted diets, and metabolic disregulation. Carnivore is primarily about health and healing.
Yes- it is true that the weight will come off. But! It will do it when it wants to. For some people it happens fast, for others slow because we are all different.
You may just be in a stall or plateau. I’ve hit plateaus that lasted a month. I’m in one right now that has lasted over a month and I’d like to drop a few more pounds but I don’t worry about it. I just keep on eating the same way because this is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle. I will eat this way the rest of my life. My weight will settle in where it’s supposed to.
Settle into your lifestyle. Eat fatty meat, salt and water and your body will take care of the rest when it wants to.

Welcome Dan. That might have been me. I told my doctor I would lose 50 pounds in 6 months and he kinda chuckled me off, and said "the only way you are going to pull that off is if you cut out every single carbohydrate" - so I did, lol. But as that 6 month checkup was getting close, I was stalled at 40 pounds down. So I started backing off the butter, trimming the fat from my steaks, and removed dairy altogether. I broke my stall but quickly stalled again, and I was having diarrhea. Then when I did my labs I had ridiculously high triglycerides and the doctor wanted me to be a vegetarians instead. One of my theories regarding my trig problem was my macros. I was basically eating a no carb, low fat, high protein diet and I thought maybe it was gluconeogenesis at work. I was wrong and did figure out the issue. But, to fix my macros and make it ketogenic again, I had to up the fat. I returned to using liberal amounts of butter, started eating the fat on my steak, added back cheese, and my stool returned to normal. The diarrea went away.
Since then, I've heard two things. 1) That cheese is a natural constipater. And 2) in the book Strong Medicine that I uploaded, there is an account about how Stefansson went on a diet of lean meat, and had diarrhea and digestive discomfort, but when he started eating the fat his issues went away. When I read this it reminded me of my own experience.
That sounds like my diet. Chicken and certain cuts of pork (consumed less often on my part) can be lean but it's not the end of the world, you can always add fat to those meals through other means.
So we know things were working as expected. I've heard that the heart beats better when running on ketones, and this stonger beat worries some people. You just have to get used to it.
Tis the season for viruses here in the U.S. Could you have caught a bug? It just stands to reason that something changed at the 10 week mark.
That is common advice, and I hear it from Dr. Anthony Chaffee a lot. The thinking being that if you eat too much fat you won't have enough bile in your gall bladder to break it down, so it will result in loose stools, and you should dial back the fat a bit. But if you didn't increase your fat at the 10 week mark and things were fine prior to that, then I wouldn't suspect this is the case.
I will say that during my first 2 months of strict carnivore, I would oscillate back and forth between stool that was hard as rocks, to utter liquid, and I could never predict which was next. This lasted for 6-8 weeks before things returned to my new normal.
What kind of magnesium and what is the dosage? Certain types of magnesium will cause loose stools.
I eventually developed severe cramping as well, which was from an electrolyte deficiency. I now take a magnesium complex every day, but I've made certain to find a product that contains forms of magnesium not notorious for causing people to explode on the toilet.

Interesting article. Based on your list of symptoms compared to the article, you may very well be onto something.
I haven't studied oxylates much because I haven't had any dumping issues. But what is interesting is after reading that article, I may have had oxylate toxicity that contributed to my kidney problems. You read down the list of foods that are high in oxylates, and I had been chowing down on almost all those things for years and years.

That is certainly a possibility. Oxalates build up and cause all kinds of problems. They just one of the many plant toxins that poison our bodies. It my understanding that it can take a year or longer for your body to expel them.

Here’s an article about them from Dr. Kiltz. I hope it helps.

Long but informative listen that once again confirms our belief that most of everything that ails us, including mental health, goes back to Metabolic Syndrome which of course goes back to diet.

My brain fog has cleared a bit this morning and I've come to the conclusion that I have multiple things going on and I'm not going to figure it out, or find a simple solution, yes Bob, I'm sure part of it is infection related.  I'm accepting that whatever is happening, I can't control it, and it will pass eventually. This is what my life has been like for the past 12 years or so, very slow recovery from a damaged nervous system, with lots of steps forward and steps back, feeling better for a while, then crashing, it's just more of the same with the added stress and confusion of a major change in diet I think.
From 2012 - 2015 I was almost entirely bed bound, unable to function apart from in the most basic ways and having to take care of myself, so my diet was horrendous for several years. When I was feeling better, I was able to eat better and finding keto at the end of 2019 gave my recovery a boost, until I fell off the keto wagon due to C19 chaos.
I'm sticking with the diet and I'm going to re-evaluate at the end of February, which will be 90 days. I'll decide then if I'm going strict carnivore or sticking with what I'm doing.
Yes I'm taking electrolytes, I was taking them separately, but on Monday my keto electrolyte formula arrived, so I've been taking those.

In my experience and from what I hear from other carnivores what you’re describing is not normal.
Yes, it could very well be from eating that wheat as well as oxalate dumping and it could all be exacerbated but the fact that you are causing confusion in your metabolism by going off and on with your carnivore diet. By quitting carnivore on the weekends you may be shutting down your bodies ability to become fat adapted.
Judging by your description you are not sugar free. Eating fruit is still eating sugar in the form of fructose.

I wouldn't think so. When I occasionally have a veggie or piece of fruit, nothing happens for me. I am unphased. The 2 times I actually had a bite of bread (literally just a bite) I became instantly ravenous and couldn't stop eating. It was a very weird, drug like effect. One was a bite of pumpkin bread my wife made in the autumn and the other was a bite of a sandwhich my son made and wanted me to try. One bite - and I had the munchies like I had never had them before. I gorged on good stuff, but it was still very strange to feel such strong cravings.
There is something else at play here. You've experienced benefits of the diet, so you know it's good for you. A couple things that come to mind are...
    1) Might you have caught another bug or didn't quite kick the last one? Some of those symptoms sound similar to an infection.
    2) What are you eating exactly. Let's analyze it. You can also get more strict. Beef only or BBBE (beef butter bacon eggs) are perfect elimination diets.
    3) Do you take electrolytes?
If you are not getting enough food, fat, or electrolytes you could end up feeling run down. This might be a good place to start.

I'm wondering what's going on because in general, I've had very positive results, until now.
I started eating this way at the end of November last year. I'm doing carnivore during the week and ketovore on the weekends, adding a few low carb, low oxalate vegetables and berries. I'm not strict carnivore, and still use herbs and spices, small amounts of dairy and drink one cup of tea a day. I use Stevia and Erythritol.
I came to this diet already grain free and sugar free, and still in recovery from an iatrogenic toxic nervous system injury over 10 years ago which had left me with a CFS type chronic illness and lots of intermittent issues from inflammation, metabolic syndrome and most likely pre-diabetic, I have about 60 lbs to lose, but health is my priority.
First few days of eating this way were great, then I went through the 2 week transition, keto flu stage, with some psychological bumps, then back to feeling great until I got a cold/flu, which lasted about 5 days. Then 2 weeks of feeling amazing with heaps of energy, motivation and very fast healing of things which normally take a long time. I started exercising regularly and was speeding through my chores every day, cognitively better than I had been in a long time. The list of improvements in my physical and mental health is too long to write.....but....
I started feeling awful exactly 1 week ago:
Not sleeping properly, fatigue during the day, low mood, irritability, anxiety, temperature dysregulation, sinus inflammation came back, eye floaters came back and got worse, eye itching and leaking came back, joint pain came back, brain fog came back, virus issues flared up, none of this is new, it's old issues coming back with a vengeance after they had got a lot better or completely gone.
I have stuck with the diet, but due to fatigue I haven't been able to keep up with my new exercise routine and have only been able to drag myself out to walk every other day, rather than daily.
There are 2 things which could possibly be causing this, but I don't know and would love some input from others who have been doing this longer than me.
Last weekend, a week ago, I 'accidently' ate some wheat on Saturday and Sunday, it was in a shop bought meatloaf, I had in the freezer. I hadn't read the ingredients list. I had been grain free even before going carnivore, so this might have been too much for my system to handle?? But would the effects of this last this long?
Also, I'm fairly sure I'm having oxalate dumping issues, and these are ongoing, could this be causing a recurrence of old symptoms? At first it was, and still is presenting as skin issues, but now all these other symptoms are arising. I'm trying to include a few low oxalate foods, especially on the weekends, to slow down the dumping, it's difficult to know what to do or what to eat in order to manage this.
Is it normal to experience ups and downs when starting to eat this way, beyond the transition phase? Could eating a small amount of wheat after being wheat free cause such a big reaction? I'm so tired I'm finding it hard to drag myself off the couch again 😕 and after feeling amazing for a few weeks, it's confusing and disheartening.

I think this is a good idea, going full carnivore straight away is too much of a sudden change for some people.
I went keto at the end of 2019 and did really well for about 3 months and mostly felt great, then C19 sent everything into chaos and I wasn't able to continue, but remembered how good I felt.
This time I started slowly, first I eliminated sugar and started using Stevia and Erythritol as a replacement. Next I went gluten free, then I eliminated all grains, then I stopped using seed and vegetable oils, and now I do mostly carnivore during the week and ketovore on the weekends by adding a few low carb vegetables and berries.
You have to experiment and find out what works best for you, listen to your own body and take things one day at a time. If you make a mistake, that's fine, just keep going from where you left off.

The protein in goat milk is supposedly less inflammatory, for some people than the protein in cows milk. I'm one of those people and was tying to find goat cheese for a long time, then found some last week.
I can't handle A1 cow milk and have to use A2, otherwise I get constant sinus inflammation.
Raw milk is also illegal here in Australia where I live.  I used to buy raw milk that was sold as a cosmetic product, called bath milk, but then our government made that illegal to sell too ☹️ I'm not a fan of increasing control and restrictions (for my safety)  and prefer having the freedom to make my own decisions about my health.

I've been at this about 6 weeks, and currently having a flare up of symptoms, but in general my positives are:
More energy, improved mental health, faster healing of infections, improved dental health, better sleep, improved brain function.

2 things i have noticed doing full carnivore for only 5 days.
I have now about 3 years tinnitus not from hearing damage (my hearing is checked 3 years ago it was perfect score of a 18y old) and its 24/7 present
In day 2 or 3 into carnivore my tinnitus went much down in intensity..like alot, now i'm on my normal diet, and in 1 day its back in full force.
I almost always have bleeding gum when brushing my teeth (4 out of 7 days) well you guessed it my gums felt great in those few days no bleeding. Now its back with a vengeance.
So i want to start doing carnivore soon again, but maybe going little more gentle, allowing some carbs.

If you can tolerate dairy and it isn’t a trigger food that causes you to have cravings and over indulge then it shouldn’t be a problem. Just introduce it slowly. Eat some and then wait for at least 3 days and see if there are any changes. If not, do it again and see what happens. If you’re in tune with your body you’ll know whether you can handle it or not.
I personally would not ingest dairy in the form of milk. I’m in the camp that once we are into adulthood it just just isn’t needed in our diets. But with that being said, I do eat cheese, sour cream and yogurt but only whole milk or heavy cream.
I make my own yogurt out of heavy cream. It’s delicious.
Don’t concern yourself with raw dairy especially if it’s not legal. Pasteurized is just fine.

The pasteurized dairy will be fine. I know people like Paul Saladino say it's better and I am sure that it is. During the process of cooking out any bacteria you also break down some of the nutritional value, but there will still be nutrients in there. And all the fats and proteins you would want are still there too.
I wouldn't over think it. You won't be harming yourself in any way. I use cream, cheese, butter, and ghee all the time from pasteurized sources and it my mostly carnivore diet is doing great.

I use pasteurized dairy. In small amounts. In fact I prefer it. I see no problem with it. I use heavy whipping cream for my coffee and cheese when I need a quick snack or some extra fat. Pasteurized. The carnivore police hasn't arrested me yet lol. I know it can be a controversial topic, but I just don't feel like chasing perfection, in such manner, that it will make me lose the plot. We eat carnivore to be healthier. Milk, or cream, or cheese in small amounts should be no problem.
