I voted for sunny side up, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, and omelettes. I love having eggs in these forms.

I think drinking water, distracting yourself by staying busy doing something you like, chewing sugar-free gum, practicing mindful eating, eating high-fiber foods, avoiding triggers, planning meals and snacks, and seeking support from friends, family or professionals who have been successful in their dieting journey might really help.

Internet should be a human right?
Debashis replied to Nebulous's topic in Everyday Chit Chat & Off-topic Discussion
Yes, I think the Internet should be a human right because it provides access to information, education, communication, and opportunities for social and economic development. It has become an essential tool for participation in modern society and should be accessible to all individuals regardless of their background or location. -
Do you still drink alcohol?
Debashis replied to Bob's topic in Everyday Chit Chat & Off-topic Discussion
I do drink alcohol but only once or twice a year i.e, very occasionally. I drink a little if it's a friend's birthday celebration or some other celebration. I drink only beer though (2 bottles at max.). -

Yes, you can drink flavored water on the carnivore diet, as long as the sweeteners used are allowed on the diet. However, it is recommended to prioritize plain water for optimal hydration.

To obtain vitamin C without consuming plants, carnivore diet followers rely on organ meats, such as liver, which contain some vitamin C. However, vitamin C deficiency can still occur on carnivore diets, potentially leading to scurvy. Regular monitoring and appropriate supplementation may be necessary for those following this diet.

Not hungry and not eating much
Debashis replied to billy's topic in Carnivore, Meat-based Keto, & Ketovore Support
It's not necessarily a problem if you're not feeling hungry and don't have an appetite. It's okay to eat when you feel hungry enough and listen to your body's cues. Just make sure you're still getting enough nutrients and staying hydrated. Trust your instincts and adjust your eating patterns accordingly. -
If time and money weren’t an issue
Debashis replied to Nebulous's topic in Everyday Chit Chat & Off-topic Discussion
If time and money were not an issue, I would pick up skydiving as a hobby. It's something I really wish to do. -
Eating at restaurants
Debashis replied to Savannah247's topic in Carnivore, Meat-based Keto, & Ketovore Support
I order food from restaurants once a week. Earlier, I used to order almost every day but now I'm controlling my urge to do so as I'm trying to follow a healthy diet. No matter how tasty outside food is, too much of anything is bad for health and so it is.- 10 replies
