  6. I tried intermittent fasting about a couple of years back to lose some fat. I must say it really worked for me. It took about 1 year though to see make the results visible. It really helps when you want to cut some fat off your body and work on building muscles replacing them.
  7. I voted for sunny side up, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, and omelettes. I love having eggs in these forms.

  10. I do drink alcohol but only once or twice a year i.e, very occasionally. I drink a little if it's a friend's birthday celebration or some other celebration. I drink only beer though (2 bottles at max.).

  16. Yes, you can drink flavored water on the carnivore diet, as long as the sweeteners used are allowed on the diet. However, it is recommended to prioritize plain water for optimal hydration.
