The problem i find is they are made with vegetable oils and probably worse than that.

also i do not see pork rinds sold at my grocery stores, I only see them at a Chinatown grocery which to be honest a lot of their products contain bad additives

i need a better source

i saw someone here mention the brand Mac’s pork rinds. But at their website they do not mention what oils are used in the ingredients

how can I find the most all natural pork rinds?

I have done the research and contacted the company and Mac’s are fried in their own fat. They are clean.
There are others that are as well but I can’t remember which ones. Since Mac’s are readily available to me locally, I have not needed to look further.

I guess pork rinds and cracklins are pretty much a southern thing so they may be harder to find up north.

Here's an excel spreadsheet attached to this message listing the numerous brands that fry their pork rinds in their own pork fat/lard. This is actually the most common way. Only a few brands use seed oils.

How about a diy solution? https://healthyrecipesblogs.com/homemade-pork-rinds/   Not endorsing/recommending this site - never tried their recipe - but it looks very simple.  There are several others you can look at.

Ain’t nothing wrong with making your own pork rinds or cracklins. If fact it is better in my opinion because you know for sure what you are getting.
I make my own bacon and sometimes I’ll buy a whole pork belly slab with the skin still attached. I’ll trim that skin off and make my own cracklins. Good stuff.
