So, in the pictures I shared, I currently weigh 203.2 pounds and I'm five foot nine. Since starting my carnivore journey, I’ve lost 12 pounds over the past four weeks. What I’m trying to understand is what I’m seeing in the mirror. Is that visceral fat, the shape of my belly, or is it more subcutaneous fat? I think I’m ready to take the next steps if necessary. But should I start watching my calorie intake? I can still tend to overeat at times. I’m just curious if anyone has been in my shoes before. Also, my goal weight is probably around 170 to 175. Is it true that the closer you get to your goal weight, the slower the fat comes off? These are all questions I’m trying to work through. If anyone has been in my position or experienced something similar about four weeks into the diet with a similar body composition, any advice would be much appreciated.
