I agree. Although I do weigh in every morning, my weight fluctuates considerably. I think a lot of it depends on how hydrated I am or how much I drank and am retaining - due to my kidney disease.
So I walked about 5 miles yesterday in addition to my daily walking needs. It wasn't hot and I drank while walking, rehydrated the rest of the day and ate the usual amount of beef. And this morning I'm down 1.6 lbs from yesterday. I can only explain this by sweating much more than I imagined. have any stories to tell?
