How Often Do You Work Out?

I try to take a brisk walk every other day. I generally go 3 miles.
On the off days I try to get in a workout with my resistance bands. Recently I’ve started doing ten sets of ten with each band exercise I do as well as inclined pushups.
I’m 67 and have had many surgeries that have limited what I’m capable of doing so I do what I can. I also have a small farm that keeps me pretty active as well. For instance, yesterday I had to unload six railroad crossties from my pickup and put them in place for a new feed pen. Lots of lifting exercises there.
I’m glad that eating carnivore doesn’t require exercise to be successful.

I go hiking and walk the dog every other day or so. These are usually 2-3 mile trips when I do. I sometimes mess around with free weights and do some push ups and sit ups. I should be motivated more.

I plan on getting a treadmill and better weight lifting equipment as winter sets in and going outside becomes less desirable. I'm having an issue with high triglycerides (a personal medical issue that is not diet related), so 30 minutes a day on the treadmill should help burn some of them up.
