🚨 Why Veganism Feels AMAZING In The Beginning

I made a short video on this but it's worth posting here as well so people from Google and here will find it.

"🚨 Why Veganism Feels AMAZING In The Beginning.

In this short video I explain why you feel great when you go vegan in the beginning.

It doesn't last due to VAST nutritional deficiencies that occur long term.

Most vegans quit within 5 years because they cite disastrous health problems.

The randle cycle does not get activated when one begins vegan because they do low fat and high carb.

Unlike the standard diet which is a mixed macro diet.

Don't go vegan."

Ps: I had to make a new channel due to being shadow banned for eating raw meat on my old one. :/

Good point. For others who take a whole food approach to their veganism, I think there is room for the fact that they've cut out processed foods. They enjoy the benefits of a "clean" whole foods diet without the trash ingredients, until the nutritional deficiencies kick in (unless they are supplementing to make up for it).
