Is there a setting to be able to continue to scroll topics. I am trying to find a recent topic that I created to add to it but am having troubles finding it as the timeline seems to be limited.

Have you tried using the search engine?

You can visit your own profile and there is a button that says "All activity" or something like that. On mobile it looks like a newspaper icon.

Thanks for your suggestions!  I seem to have found the solution in the bulleted dots on the far right that indicate more stuff, I was able to adjust the activity to the last  365 days instead of the last 5 days.

In the tab at the top of the screen (or menu on mobile) under Activity, there is "Content I Started" which will also display your own posts. The Activity Stream is pretty popular and where a lot of users participate from. I'm old school and still use the index page with the list of Forums.

You can filter, adjust, and set the parameters of the Activity Stream, and then access it under Activity -> My Content Streams
