Nice video. In a nutshell, eat more, and preferentially more fat. This might mean that if you are only eating 2 meals a day because carnivore is so satiating, you might need to make yourself eat
I have been doing carnivore for over three months. I did this because of all the different health issues I'm having. I did NOT do it to lose weight! I was not overweight but i'm old. Now some of the problems i was having have improved. However, i started this with my weigh around 150 pounds. I'm about five foot, nine and one half inches. I ended up getting down to around 137 pounds. That's skin and bones! I've been eating large amounts of meat, eggs and butter. I am back up to around 140 but i haven't been able to add more. I drop down and then get back to 140. This has been going on for most of the 3 months. If anyone can give me some ideas as to what to do to add healthy weight, i would appreciate it. Thanks.
