Eggs
Eggs in general or just boiled eggs? Unless it’s in some kind of salad such as tuna, salmon or chicken I generally only eat hard boiled eggs when I’m traveling. Easy food to carry with you. I love soft boiled eggs on chaffles. -

Scrambled, 4 eggs, then add a quarter cup of cottage cheese in the pan, stir. Before cooking, scramble with a bit of water and heavy cream for more fluff. Salt and pepper to taste, and bingo. -

It varies for me. This morning, I ate 3 boiled eggs. A couple days ago I ate four in the morning and six later that day. I am going to guess I average about 5 a day, or thereabouts. Scott
