Yes as a supplement and IMO if it's synthetic aka man made there can be HIDDEN junk in these. For myself I find it easier to trust fermented soybeans in 50 g vs man made nonsense in a pill.

Eggs tend to bother me when I eat them certain ways. If I hard boil them or hard fry them Im ok. (Yolk can be runny) I think it might be the egg white. I tend to get indigestion if I eat them any other way. I think maybe Im allergic to the white if they aren't cooked hard enough. Anyone else heard of that?
