Here's an excel spreadsheet attached to this message listing the numerous brands that fry their pork rinds in their own pork fat/lard. This is actually the most common way. Only a few brands use seed

The problem i find is they are made with vegetable oils and probably worse than that.
also i do not see pork rinds sold at my grocery stores, I only see them at a Chinatown grocery which to be honest a lot of their products contain bad additives
i need a better source
i saw someone here mention the brand Mac’s pork rinds. But at their website they do not mention what oils are used in the ingredients
how can I find the most all natural pork rinds?
