I know how it goes, u listening to a carnivore influencer, a medical doctor, sees patients. Then they start talking about oh let's say how cattle are raised. And how I w the cattle are mineral deficient in their diet. This person has stopped thinking. They are not completing their thoughts. Think about what the experts are saying or not saying.

Well this could be in certain cases. The cow's body may be able to synthesize certain vitamins and minerals, but then other vitamins and minerals might have to be obtained through their diet. If the fields they are grazing on has soil lacking nutrients, then their feed lacks the nutrients, and then so does their muscle meat.

The same works for us. For example, we can't synthesize vitamin C. We have to get it from our food.
