comment_2075Hi there, first of all thanks for this awesome forum, I've found a lot of great information here, and it's awesome there're people helping all the time. However I'd like to ask two things which I couldn't quite find too much information on, first of them being vitamin supplements. I understand the general consensus is that they are not necessary, but is there any potential drawback/harm in using them? I am using a multivitamin which contains just about everything (vitamins A, C, E, all sorts of Bs, magnesium etc.), and I'd like to continue using them at least when starting with this diet, for a peace of mind if nothing else. Would there be any issue with this, other than being potentially useless?
My another question may sound a bit odd, but what effect does this diet have on emotions? I've read quite a lot people's experiences of this diet helping them with anxiety or depressions, but does it affect how "emotional" a person is generally? I mean both for positive and negative emotions, just one's ability to have feelings overall, if that makes any sense. Thanks a lot in advance
