How can I GAIN WEIGHT on carnivore?!

I have been doing carnivore for over three months. I did this because of all the different health issues I'm having. I did NOT do it to lose weight! I was not overweight but i'm old. Now some of the problems i was having have improved. However, i started this with my weigh around 150 pounds. I'm about five foot, nine and one half inches. I ended up getting down to around 137 pounds. That's skin and bones! I've been eating large amounts of meat, eggs and butter. I am back up to around 140 but i haven't been able to add more. I drop down and then get back to 140. This has been going on for most of the 3 months. If anyone can give me some ideas as to what to do to add healthy weight, i would appreciate it. Thanks.

I am 5'9 at 135 lbs. currently. I am 49 years old. This is not skin and bones if you work out. A matter of fact, I am ripped. I lost also 10% of body fat, I feel light and strong. People are too quick to say skin and bones in this fat society we live in. When you lose weight, you see the summation of what you've done (or not) to your body. It's an honest look, Much like when you are overweight. Hit the gym and see weight in a different light.

Nice video.

In a nutshell, eat more, and preferentially more fat. This might mean that if you are only eating 2 meals a day because carnivore is so satiating, you might need to make yourself eat 3 meals regardless.
