  1. Everyday! I feel better about conversations. I don't get triggered by other people's bad behavior like I used to. I feel this woe brings me closer to God, because the food noise isn't interrupting like it did before.
  2. I agree as far as grocery store eggs. But if I can get some backyard chicken eggs they taste better.

  4. Left over pork ribs for starters. London broil with cucumber salad. I made some blue cheese dressing.

  9. Welcome to the community! This is such a great first step. How did you find us? Do you have family/friends that are supportive of this lifestyle or are you going to have to contend with opinions? I fall into the latter category. I was just told yesterday that I was going to get tired of eating juicy grilled steak. Hahahaha.

  12. Lunch to go for a field trip: Smoked deviled eggs. Smegle meat (leftover rare steak cut into strips). Several string cheese. One slice bacon Dinner: Smoked Chuck pot roast in onion gravy. Plus smeegled deli meat and American cheese slice.

  14. True! In the book "Dark Calories" I read that a serving of seed oil laden french 🍟 fries is as carcinogenic as a pack of 🚬cigarettes.
  15. I could not do a pound of ground beef in one sitting. Over the course of a day maybe. I just had 3 eggs scrambled in 2 TBS butter with a touch of half n half and several slices of bacon. Not stuffed, but satisfied. Oh and I think I smeegled an ounce or two of cold steak while making the family waffles.

  17. Went to work pot luck BBQ today. I brought the bacon. I had a bubba Burger patty Hot dog Chunk of ham Cheddar cheese. Yerba mate tea Decaf Some sort of beef for dinner
  18. It's not the saturated fat from the red meat or butter that clogs the arteries. The chicken fat is questionable. I will never take a statin. Seed oils, cigarettes, chronically high insulin, and alcohol are the culprits. How many years did it take to cause the problem? You are on a path to healing. Have you seen Sally k Norton videos on kiltz's channel yet?

  20. "the doctors" show makes Sally Jesse Rafael and Maury Povich look like Pulitzer prize winners. The Armstrong sisters were on that with him and got muted. If you go to their respective channels they tell all about it
  21. Last weekend at Walmart I found 2lb (appx) porterhouse steaks for about $11 each they were expiring that day.
  22. Have you had any issues with bloating? The brand that I grabbed at Walmart is mixed with monk fruit. I think I over did it today...my belly popped out below my belly button. Or it could just be that time...anyway...I have pure allulose on order.
  23. I really love redmans onion salt on beef.
  24. I just started adding the juice to half a lemon to water with relyte and a pinch of allulose. The allulose is new, I see that Ketogenic woman has been using it and it seems to have worked for her in loosing stubborn weight she blends it with Yerba mate. I drink some of that about mid-day.
