I get my eggs from two batches of chickens. One friend, his wife spoils the hens and the yolks are a dark orange. The other friend, I don't think his wife does anything except feed them. they're pale compared to the other friend. They have darkened up somewhat since I been taking them old produce from the store. But they're eggs and they do eat. I haven't paid for an egg for a couple years, except for the delivery of produce scraps.

There is a carnivore doctor on YouTube just search for egg white carnivore anti nutrients . If you do carnivore then improperly uncooked egg whites can be anti-nutrients .

I guess you are talking about Dr. Berry?

He listed the only three anti nutrients found in carnivore and what they do.

After watching the video I remembered it from a few months ago. I guess I forgot about it because it had no relevance to me since I don’t eat raw eggs.

Egg whites are a anti nutrient when not fully cooked

This is accurate.

Interesting. Haven’t heard that before. Can you quote a source?

"Avidin blocks the digestion of biotin, one of the B vitamins. The trypsin inhibitors make digestion of the protein in the egg white more difficult. Both of these anti-nutrients are neutralized by cooking."

Why eating raw egg whites is not a healthy practice even if from fertilized eggs although fresh yolks are safe and digestible to consume.
