Hi all
Im new here, been on carnivore for the last 19 months. Very successful at putting my crohns into remission. No flares since starting, feel best I have in years. Had my first labs since starting and wondering if my numbers are somewhat normal for a carnivore diet. I eat mostly red meats, eggs, and butter (no other dairy) along with some chicken and fish occasionally. Only water. I take a few supps like a good daily vitamin, steer organ supp, cal/mag supp, & krill oil. Lots of pink Himalayan salt.
My dr knows im carnivore and even though he knows im feeling the best in like 10 years, thinks my lipids are to high. Any feedback would be appreciated.
