According to this new fast tracker, I'm 50:25 in. Says Autophagy is in full swing. I don't ever plan a fast, I just kinda go with what feels right. October I did a 42 hour fast. Usually eat once a day, unless I'm at work and I will surely starve if I don't eat lunch. I work tomorrow. We'll see how long I can make it past lunch.

Oh yeah, Have not had coffee since Friday night. And am past the caffeine demons. We'll see how long that lasts as well.

I ate last Tuesday. I'm at work now and plan to break it tomorrow.

I have fasted for weight loss and from there the metabolic benefits of autophagy, HGH, stem cels and the re-booting of the immune system. As of late I have been reading about fasting and the mind, its benefits and even into some of the religious aspects.

I think this one was more to get my mind right. LOL (which will take a lot of work)

I found the tracker a couple months ago on the app store I use (F-Droid). I know that Google play store has fasting apps as well. And Probably Apple store.

This one is called Fast Track and is pretty simple. After so many hours is says your burning fat, then it says your in Ketosis, then your in Autophagy, then your in Optimal Autophagy.

I ended this fast (at work 🙄) at 62:13:50 . Says I had 46 hours of Fat Burn, 42 hours of Ketosis, and 38 hours of Autophagy.

Does it have a clue? I dunno. ... But I can keep a log of my fasts. Free and no ads.

Still haven't had a coffee. Am having a green tea tonight.

I will check it out.

I bought a ketones meter to check ketones and it gave a reading coupled with a glucose reading to give a GKI number. I was not getting into ketosis as soon as I thought based on reading the charts and not as deep as I thought, but ketosis the same.

During fasting once I read about the taste or the bad breath during ketosis and I hadn't experienced that, or had not realized it. Then one day it tasted like I had a mouthful of pennies and when I tested I was deeper than I had been previously. I guess there is some correlation there.

I will check out the app.
