Congrats!

About a year and a half here, very low carb "ketovore".

Got rid of statins and allopurinol, I have forgotten about gout altogether. Just had hot wings and wine yesterday.

I have found a good new supplement, carnosine. It lowers my AFIB heart rate from 90+ bpm to 70.

Everything is just better.

Awesome! And happy Carniversary!

I'm actually May 6th but time got away from me

It just dawned on me that my 3 year carniversary was May 12th. And @Geezy is May 9th. Fun that we are all May meaties :)

"May Meaties" you might need to copyright that and hopefully there will be someone who does not understand.

I remember just a handful of months ago people were saying they were OMAD and I said, "Not me, I just eat one meal a day". I didn't know it was an actual thing til the red meat pretty much dictated I was hardly ever hungry.

May Meaties just might be a thing.

Congrats to all and especially the "May guys".\
