Hello folks!

Just a quick intro from me...

My name is Nowler & I am an advocate of an animal-based diet - be it Carnivore, Keto (or Ketivore).

Been on and off an animal based diet for a few years (battling a recently diagnosed eating disorder) but currently been pure Ketivore since early April 2024.

That's it, short and sweet!
