I work rotating swing shifts so my workouts are early in the mornings on my days off. I try to stagger and skip a day to get to two of my rest days are on my dayshifts so I don't have to get up at 3:3

What I hear most do is before putting coffee or food in your stomach is to do workout. Burning your glycogen up and kick start fat burning.

Hello. I've been on Carnivore almost 7 months and have been OMAD (supper in the evening only) for the last 2 months. I'm seeing great success in weight loss and other areas like sleep apnea and blood pressure. I want to start working out again. Mainly cardio at first and quickly adding some light strength training, nothing crazy.
For those of you doing OMAD and working out, what's the best time for that workout? For me, I basically have two choices, early before work about 5:30 - 6:30am or after work about 4-5pm. Early actually works better for me because it doesn't take away from my evening family time but I'd like to hear any success or failures you guys have had in this area.
I know my experience will likely be different than y'all's and I'll have to just try it but I still want to hear what worked and what didn't in your case.
