You raise your own chickens? Love to do that but HoA doesn't allow. -
Hi, new Carnivore here...with a question or two.
Meathead replied to rpavich's topic in Greetings and Introductions
Every single positive thing regardless how minute it's progress. Keep on trucking, I'm happy for you . -

It's basically your wording, your teaching someone on a subject that didn't ask a question but making a statement pertaining to their self. Your previous reply saying I think it helps me basically keep thinking that way. You sir don't walk in my shoes nor know the conditions I'm facing. So instead of presumably knowing everything about carnivore why not listen maybe you would learn something.

Yes 50 grams a day imported Natto is all I eat. My consumption of the day is electrolytes then 500 grams of beef or 6 eggs with 4 strips thin bacon. I may sneak in 5 eggs for lunch when needed.
-
I'm aware of the +/- eating soy. 50g of Natto daily over cups of kimchi, sauerkraut for similar benefits. Thanks for the information.
-
@Laura give them a few they'll justify as to why or why not. I truly don't need to be oppressed or have someone's opinion shoved down my throat.
-
Also has ANYone that condemns Natto even researched or given alternatives a 10 day or more trial?
-
Again everyone's body chemistry is different. What works for some may not work for others. So that being said I trust eastern medicine >western. Have I noticed a difference in bp after eating Natto. Yes. My bp was 170/90 on 3 different bp meds before natto, now quitting 1 bp med and eating natto my bp is 130/80.
-
So if I can eat 1 natural thing to lower my bp,clean arteries and get off synthetic bullshit that kills your liver kidneys and screws your metabolism up. That's the tip of the iceberg. The list goes on. So until you walk in my shoes don't judge until you know the facts.

Thank you for your concern but please don't assume the source of Natto I consume comes from North America. I will take another look whether the benefits don't outweigh the downside from using Natto. https://youtu.be/izgNm_uwJzA?si=ewP7G1ktDj7udMIf

With my skillet I let it cool down then run hot tap water in it while cleaning with a Dobie pad. Drying it with paper towel. Preheat oven to 325 put avocado oil in and smear with my hands all over the skillet. Put in the oven for 1 hour, pull it out and wipe off excess oil. Never needed to scrub or use soap. Black flakes sounds like seasoning is coming off, specs too. Run your hands inside and see if you feel ridges or rough spots.

In regards to electrolytes you should not use table salt of any kind because it contains sugar and the process which they make the caking agent as well is industrial crap. Redmond real salt, single source Himalayan and celtic sea salt is safest for our consumption.

Natto studies have been done showing the benefits. You won't get your potassium from meat like you do Natto as well as probiotic naturally. I'm only replying to put this information out for others to see, not to reply in a negative way. Thank you for the support though, I appreciate it.

Hi, new Carnivore here...with a question or two.
Meathead replied to rpavich's topic in Greetings and Introductions
I too complained to several drs about numbness in my feet and how it hurt constantly up to my knees. Not one addressed this but kept prescribing pills for cholesterol and blood pressure. After 3 weeks of carnivore I noticed less pain and tingling in my legs and feet. Now 10 weeks in and there's slight numbness in my toes now. -
From my personal experience I started eating when I was hungry until I felt full. Chuck roast in slow cooker drinking the juices was dinner, 6 eggs with 4 strips of thin bacon added some cheese for filler and taste. Water with Redmond real salt for electrolytes all day/night. This kept me satiated and feeling healthier. I've moved onto 1.5 lbs 73/27 ground beef only 1 meal a day with my electrolytes. Don't give up as I've had stalled weight loss but so many positive things have happened since I've started this lifestyle.

I thought I was the same until I put 1 tbsp of butter in my coffee. It's a game changer.
