Never tried eggs with cottage cheese. Sounds good.

How?

Scott

Scrambled, 4 eggs, then add a quarter cup of cottage cheese in the pan, stir. Before cooking, scramble with a bit of water and heavy cream for more fluff. Salt and pepper to taste, and bingo.

Eggs in general or just boiled eggs?
Unless it’s in some kind of salad such as tuna, salmon or chicken I generally only eat hard boiled eggs when I’m traveling. Easy food to carry with you.
I love soft boiled eggs on chaffles.

I do 4 eggs every morning, over *real* easy.  I make sure the white is getting firmed up, but leave the yolk runny.  They are the best with bacon or sausage on the weekends of course 😉
In my opinion, you cant overeat eggs.

Since bumping my protein grams per day up I am in the range of 6-10 per day.

I like them most any way but mostly I crack them in the pan, and just about when they have cooked enough to flip, I do a soft scramble.

But I like eggs just about any way they are cooked.

Most mornings I eat 4 eggs in the form of an omelette. While it's cooking I throw in cooked ground beef and chopped bacon and maybe 2 or 3 anchovies and cheese ..... It's kind of a Carni pizza

I was with you til you said anchovies.....

Anchovies are hit or miss. I've had terrible tasting ones, and then I've had fantastic tasting ones.

Yeah, must admit I don't always enjoy them ... and I find the 'In Olive Oil' worrying too. I'm always thinking 'hmmmm, real olive oil?'

I love anchovies. Never thought about putting them with eggs before. I might have to try that.

Oh yes, go for it. Another nice method for a little different flavour is to let the anchovy melt into some hot fat then add the eggs. Only a little though.

Great tip. I’ll do something like that with pate and then mix it into scrambled eggs.

I had a fairly good workout this morning and skipped breakfast to make an early morning appointment.

I just got home and had 6 eggs for lunch.

Crack them in the pan and wait for them to be just about ready to flip and then a light scramble.

Hard to beat. Quick, easy and hits the sweet spot.
